About the Hard Hat Award

Since 2020, NAIFA has awarded a quarterly Hard Hat Award to members moving the needle on NAIFA membership. In 2023, Grassroots and IFAPAC began recognizing members doing the hard work in their respective areas. Membership, Grassroots, and IFAPAC are the core principles of NAIFA and make up the Trifecta Committee.

Thanks to these members for their dedication to our association and their efforts to help move NAIFA Nation forward!
