How do I log in to the new site?
Navigate to:  https://findapro.lifehappens.org/login. Enter the email address associated with your NAIFA membership. You will receive an email to reset your password.

I previously set up my profile in NAIFAconnect. Do I need to recreate my profile?
No. We have imported all of the photos and profile data from the previous directory have been brought over into the new platform.

What has changed in the new platform?
The new platform is powered by Life Happens. Consumers can reach out directly to financial professionals through the platform. All NAIFA members will have a NAIFA member badge reflected in their profile. The directory is now on the Life Happens website, which receives an average of 70,000 views each month, increasing your visibility to consumers.

What has not changed in the new platform?
You are still able to upload a photo and personalize your profile to attract the right clients based on your practice specialty. NAIFA Quality Award and Financial Security Advocate badges are still present on your profile. Consumers can search by geographic area as well as keywords like annuities, long-term care, and estate planning. Be sure that your profile paints a complete picture of the services you provide to appear in the appropriate search results.

I'm a new NAIFA member, how do I update my directory profile?
New NAIFA members are added to the directory each Monday, excluding Federal Holidays.

I'm a NAIFA member, but I do not want my name/profile shown in the directory.
Log into the directory to access your profile. Remove yourself from the directory by navigating to "Manage My Account."  Select the option "Close My Account"

I posted a video in my profile, but it won't play.
