Would you like to be considered by NAIFA's Governance Committee to serve as NAIFA's 2026 National Secretary or a national Trustee? If so, you need to submit an interest form by this Saturday, May 31. Simply complete the form and email it to candidate@naifa.org along with a photograph and a written statement (500 words, maximum) outlining your qualifications and your vision for NAIFA.
The Governance Committee no longer accepts letters of recommendation and asks that both the committee and the candidates keep their application for Trustee or Secretary confidential during the entire selection process.
NAIFA Trustees typically serve two-year terms and provide high-level leadership while shaping the association's strategic vision. The Secretary is a member of the Executive Committee. The 2026 Secretary will be in line to serve as 2027 NAIFA President-Elect and 2028 President.
