We are #NAIFAproud to have welcomed back Life Happens into the NAIFA family earlier this year. This September marks the 21st Anniversary of Life Insurance Awareness Month (LIAM), and we have LIAM content exclusively available for our members.
We want to hear from our members on how they plan to participate in 2024. Are you hosting an event focused on life insurance? Have you requested a proclamation from your city or state? We want to spotlight the work you are doing for LIAM24. Let us know what you are doing! Drop us an email at membership@naifa.org.
Here are a few simple things you can do:
- Regularly post on social media. Download the social media calendar to access graphics and pre-written content to easily share. Be sure to use hashtags: #NAIFAproud, #LIAM24, and #GetLifeInsurance.
- Download the LIAM Marketing Guide for collateral and email templates to share with current and prospective clients.
- Contact your state or city officials to request a proclamation of September 2024 as Life Insurance Awareness Month. NAIFA's GR team has a tool kit to assist with obtaining a proclamation from your governor. Send your proclamations to bweiss@naifa.org so we can add your name to our list of participating chapters.
- Consider doing a group shot at your NAIFA Live watch party or adding a LIAM element to an event this month that you might attend.
- Let us know of any other programs and initiatives you and/or your chapter are doing to support LIAM by emailing marketing@naifa.org.
