NAIFA members voted to rewrite the bylaws in 2018. The new bylaws went into effect on January 1, 2019 effectively creating a brand-new NAIFA structured as one home office, 50 state and 50 local chapters. This change has allowed NAIFA to radically modernize, introduce new programs and leverage technology to come together as One NAIFA--the only association that advocates on the state, interstate and federal levels.
A New NAIFA Nation
The new NAIFA structure allows us to provide programs in which we can all share, including our NAIFA Live program which is our nationwide monthly meeting that provides a great speaker for everyone and highlights a state that is selected to be the host. The new NAIFA Nation also acknowledges members that want to engage in national programs such as Congressional Conference, Performance + Purpose, Big Ideas Webinars and the Centers--Talent Development Center, Business Performance Center & the Limited and Extended Care Planning Center.
